Warranty and Complaints


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

If your product is defective and needs to be replaced, follow these instructions:

  1. Make a clear video of the defect.
  2. Email info@clearskin-products.com describing the defect and attach your video to the email.
  3. Fill in the return form. If this is not included, your return will not be processed.
  4. After approval, return your product as indicated with all contents to the return address provided by us. 

You are at all times responsible for the costs of and for returning your item, even if the item is lost by another party.

A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective product.

You are entitled to a warranty request up to 12 months after the ordered date.


Do you have a complaint? We would like to help you! It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@clearskin-products.com.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
